The master returned with his new outing "Polytheistic Fragments" on Drag City. As much as i loved the last record this one seems to carry more weight. It's a documentary on different guitar sounds, tones, and styles. His pure talent and technical brilliance is on full display on this record, with a elevated sense of wonder and delight. 3.5 of 5
